At BEX, we strive to provide you with the best level of service and satisfaction. 

To ensure that your visit is smooth and enjoyable, please review our client agreement below.

New color clients must come in for a complimentary in-person consultation before booking their appointment. This allows us to assess your hair condition, discuss your desired outcome, and plan the appropriate service and time.

Appointments that block out more than 4 hours will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to future services if you need to reschedule.

We know life happens, notify us ASAP to cancel any appointment coming up in the 48hour window. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance incur in a charge equaling 50% of the service total, unless we are able to fill that appointment time from our waitlist. This charge will be added to your card on file, your next visit or deducted from your deposit if applicable.

No-shows will incur a charge equaling 100% of the service total. This charge will be added to your next visit or deducted from your deposit if applicable.

15minutes or more of late arrivals may result in shortened or rescheduled services depending on our availability. If we are running behind we will try our best to notify you with enough notice before your scheduled appointment. We appreciate your understanding & cooperation.
