To ensure that your visit is smooth and enjoyable, please review our policies below.
New color clients must come in for a complimentary in-person consultation before booking their appointment. This allows us to assess your hair condition, discuss your desired outcome, and plan the appropriate service and time.
Corrective color appointments that block out more than 6 hours will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to future services if you need to reschedule.
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will incur a charge equaling 50% of the service total. This charge will be added to your next visit or deducted from your deposit if applicable.
No-shows will incur a charge equaling 100% of the service total. This charge will be added to your next visit or deducted from your deposit if applicable.
Late arrivals may result in shortened or rescheduled services depending on our availability. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
